Synopsis:
The Toyman escapes from prison and opens an expensive arcade full of specially designed slot machines. While rich guests play games, he robs them and blackmails others. Superman spots Toyman and confront the genius inventor. However, Toyman has captured Lois and sealed her in a death trap. Superman rescues her safely, enduring several varieties of danger. Toyman tries to escape on a flying toy horse, but Superman returns him to prison.
