Synopsis:
The Prankster offers his services to several of Metropolis's biggest practical jokers. He sets up elaborate pranks, then uses them to stage robberies. Superman is forced to save the victims rather than pursue his nemesis. After a couple of successful robberies, the Prankster is finally apprehended, but not before getting the last laugh on Clark Kent. His practical joke gift to Lois with Clark's name attached, causes Lois to admonish Clark.
