Synopsis:
Following the test detonation of an atom bomb, a small uranium microverse is created. Wonder Woman takes the atomic universe back to Paula's laboratory. Under the microscope, Wonder Woman discovers that the protons are women ruled by Queen Atomia, and that the neutrons are slave robots.

Atomia causes Wonder Woman and her friends to shrink to microscopic size. The Neutrons then take them prisoner. Wonder Woman is able to take control of the robots and escape.

Atomia then causes the atomic universe to attack a small island. Wonder Woman rescues the people, then she uses Gerta's enlarging ray to bring Atomia to normal size. Wonder Woman takes Atomia to Reform Island, where after a couple of escape attempts, Atomia is reformed with the help of a magic girdle. Queen Atomia is then sent back to her atomic universe which will never attack Earth again.
