Synopsis:
Batman and Robin break up a holdup, but Tiger Ragland escapes with the loot. Tiger hides on a tour bus. He is seen boarding by Frenchy Lavois, a rival gang member. Frenchy and his gang hijack the bus and kill Tiger.
The passengers on the bus are held prisoner, but two young boys manage to get a message to Batman. Batman and Robin rescue the prisoners, then return to round up the gang.
