Synopsis:
Penguin kidnaps three people and sends their frozen bodies back to their associates. He claims to have a method of unthawing them if he is paid for each victim. Batman and Robin track down Penguin's lair, but are locked inside a freezer. They manage to escape and rescue the kidnapping victims, who were never even frozen. Batman then captures Penguin and his men.
