Synopsis:
Batman and Robin visit a travelling carnival that has set up in Gotham City. They observe the concession vendors cheating the customers, so Batman steps in and begins winning the prizes for the kids. The concession vendors work for the carnival managers Punch and Judy. After Batman's intervention, the vendors quit, so Punch and Judy hire Batman to perform, claiming that proceeds will go to charity.
Batman performs for the carnival, but he suspects that Punch and Judy are planning something dishonest. The pair hire a man, Pete, to rob the box office. Robin interrupts the robbery, but Pete captures him. Pete also attempts to kill Batman. Fortunately, Batman suspected trouble and escapes injury. He captures Pete, frees Robin, and turns Punch and Judy over to the authorities.
