Synopsis:
Edgar Albrek returns from a trip to Africa. He claims that an accident destroyed his hands, and a scientist transplanted the hands of a dying man onto Edgar.

The hands then begin acting on their own. They play piano and attack people. Edgar tries to convince Batman that he is not in control of the hands. When Edgar's hands try to kill his uncle Charles, Batman stops him. Batman then proves that Edgar's story is a fake. He hoped to use the transplanted hands story as an alibi for murdering his uncle.
