Synopsis:
A band of sky pirates has been staging raids against trucking shipments and stealing merchandise. Eve Barclay overhears night club owner Sam Boggart directing the gang while she visits the club with Justin. Boggart discovers that Eve is eavesdropping and has her kidnapped.

The Shining Knight defeats a group of the sky pirates, then he rescues Eve. Boggart leads the pirates on another raid, but Justin and Winged Victory destroy his airplane. He then delivers the crooks to the authorities.
