Synopsis:
Drew Frayne tries to impress his girlfriend by hiring two men to confront him in the park. Drew has paid them to take a dive. However, the men are working for a crime lord named Savarr and have other plans. After Drew hits them, he is arrested by one of Savarr's henchmen dressed as a policeman. Savarr takes Frayne prisoner and demands that he sign over his business to the gangster.

The Shining Knight has overheard Savarr's henchmen and attempts to rescue Frayne. When he enters Savarr's offices, he is felled by tear gas. After recovering, the Knight follows Savarr to an estate which is guarded by machine guns. The Knight enters and falls into a pit with Frayne. The two work together to retrieve the Knight's sword and escape. Savarr is then defeated with Frayne delivering the final blow. The wealthy man proves himself and impresses his girl in the end.
