Synopsis:
Noah Barton conceives a criminal plan based on a dream. He builds an ark and publicly proclaims himself a prophet of doom. He loads animals onto his ark and claims that they can talk. Everyone dismisses him as a lunatic.

A short time later Noah's henchmen dressed in animal costume commit several robberies. Police believe they are real animals. The Sandman tries to stop them, but he and Sandy are captured and taken back to the ark. Noah plans to kill them when his animal menagerie breaks loose. The Sandman and his partner escape the ark in time, but Noah and his men are trampled in the stampede.
