Synopsis:
Dean Gray retires as the dean at Gotham University. He opens a free advice service called Trouble, Incorporated to help Gotham residents. Crooks decide to use Trouble, Incorporated by eavesdropping on the meetings. Using confidential information they obtain, the crooks commit crimes.
Batman and Robin decipher the connection between the crooks and Trouble, Incorporated. They track down one of Dean Gray's clients, Mr. Cole, who tells them about his brother, who is hiding from the police with some stolen money. Batman arrives to find the crooks robbing Cole's brother. They are initially captured, but when Dean Gray stumbles in, Batman is able to overpower the crooks.
