Synopsis:
After playboy Dennis Towns fails to break a speed record on land and at sea, he decides to take a rocket to the moon. His ship takes off and disappears into the sky. A short time later, sound waves which appear to come from the Man on the Moon claim that Towns is dead. The Moonman then threaten to attack Earth.

While Starman tries to trace the source of the signal, he spots a building collapse. He helps rescue the people inside before they are killed. The Moonman takes credit for the disaster. Another building, a bank, then collapses.

Starman enters the bank and finds Moonmen inside. They loot the vault and escape. Starman discovers and underground tunnel is responsible for the collapsed buildings. When the next one falls he is on the scene to apprehend the Moonmen. Starman exposed them as costumed Earth criminals. After capturing them, he traces the Moonman back to Dennis Towns who concocted the entire moon mission as a cover for the robberies.
