Synopsis:
Robin joins a group of students to film a movie for school. While filming, they photograph two sailors carrying bags from a sunken cargo ship. When the sailors tell their boss, the Clock, about the film he orders them to take it from the kids as it contains evidence of their robbery.
Robin and another boy are taken prisoner by the Clock and nearly killed in an explosion. He escapes and follows the crooks to Shark Island. Robin then battles the Clock and projects the film footage onto the clouds above Gotham. Commissioner Gordon sees the film and comes to arrest the crooks. Finally, the school movie is altered to use the new film of Robin in action.
