Synopsis:
Starman meets Johnny Teach, a boy born under an unfavorable alignment of the stars. Johnny seems doomed to failure, but Starman helps Johnny by putting him to work as a spy inside an underworld gang. Johnny tips Starman off to the gang's plan, allowing him to stop the crime. Johnny gains confidence from the experience and joins the military where he becomes a successful soldier.
