Synopsis:
Wes Dodds investigates a new sleep shop where they sell items to help customers fall asleep. The shop also has a sleepatorium where customers can go to sleep. Wes spots gangster Wide-Awake Willie in the sleepatorium before he leaves.

Later that night, Sandman encounters Willie and his gang during a robbery. Willie escapes and uses the sleepatorium as an alibi.

The next evening Wes goes to the sleepatorium to keep tabs on Willie. The gangster leaves the sleep shop while the manager is asleep. Sandman then follow Willie to his hide-out. Once again Willie eludes capture, but Sandman catches up to him back at the sleepatorium.
