Synopsis:
Dr. Fate and Inza travel to the underworld to verify Wotan’s death. They find that the sorcerer has escaped his doom and still lives. Wotan plans to destroy the Earth using devices designed to alter the planet’s electrical field. Fate arrives at the villain’s mountain home and destroys it. Wotan is then imprisoned in an air bubble buried beneath the Earth.
