Synopsis:
Sandman and the police corner gangster No-Nerves Noonan inside a warehouse. However, Noonan has a tunnel inside the warehouse that leads to a secret hide-out. Police are afraid to enter the tunnel, because Noonan would be able to kill them. Noonan also has food supplies inside making it difficult to starve them out.

Sandman decides to deprive the crooks of sleep. He plays music and creates noises at all hours preventing the crooks from sleeping. After being unable to sleep the crooks begin to lose their tempers and fight each other. Finally, they surrender with the henchmen bringing Noonan out of the tunnel and into police custody.
