Synopsis:
The body of executed prisoner Brain Hobson is smuggled out of the prison morgue and taken to an underworld scientist. The brain is removed and placed in a special case that allows it to survive. Hobson's brain then gives orders to his gang, demonstrating telepathic powers. Batman follows clues to track down the gang's hideout. He then pretends to fall under the influence of the brain in order to trick the gang. His act succeeds, allowing him to prevail. He then shows Robin that the brain was a fake, created as part of a scheme, perpetrated by a few gangleaders, against the other crooks.
