This story takes place immediately following World's Finest Comics #200.

Synopsis:
Robin returns to campus after his adventure with Superman. He begins looking into the bombing of the school ROTC building and is assaulted by three students. Robin can only identify them by the orange tennis shoes that they wear.

After recovering from the attack, Robin is informed about a confrontation with the school's militant students including Hank Osher. Robin breaks up a fight between two student groups, then he watches helplessly as Osher's car explodes.
