Synopsis:
To earn money the three dimwits disguise Winky as a baby and enter him in a baby contest. Crooks try to rob the women at the contest. When Blinky accidentally lets go of Winky's baby carriage, it crashes into the crooks, allowing them to be apprehended. Winky is rewarded a thousand dollars for stopping the crooks. He also wins the baby contest.
