Synopsis:
Hop Harrigan flies a delegation from the United Nations to the country of Fugeria. The delegation seeks to make peace between three rival tribes, but an international gangster named Scarlow seeks to keep them at war. Scarlow disguises his men as natives and begins kidnapping tribesmen. The tribes nearly go to war, but Hop exposes the gangster and forges a peace between the tribes.
