Synopsis:
Dr. McNider is approached by John Steel for help overcoming his depression. The mother of Freddy Flynn also asks McNider for help with her son Freddy who has joined a gang. McNider decides to fix both problems at the same time. As Dr. Mid-Nite, McNider brings Steel with him to meet Freddy. Freddy is about to join two gangsters and turn to crime. Dr. Mid-Nite begins fighting the crooks and convinces Freddy to abandon his path toward a criminal life. Steel finds a purpose in life by helping kids including Freddy. Dr. Mid-Nite's plan works leading to happy lives for both Freddy and Steel.
