Synopsis:
Selina Kyle tells Bruce Wayne that her sister Felicia is to be a murder target in a Louisiana prison where she has been incarcerated. Batman connects Felicia to a jewel heist. Albert Cowper, another suspect in the case, was recently murdered in Gotham.

Batman travels to Louisiana, where he learns that Felicia has escaped. He trails her to the swamps where he encounters the Swamp Thing. The muck monster is protecting the girl from two would-be fishermen. Batman's helicopter crashes, knocking out Swamp Thing. Batman then finds the girl dead. After a brief confrontation between the two, Swamp Thing provides Batman with a clue; the word Delta.

The leads Batman to one of the fishermen, Calvin Traller, who is actually a hitman responsible for the murders. The Delta connection referred to the shape of his class ring which was present on both victims. Batman apprehends Traller, then bids farewell to Swamp Thing.
