Synopsis:
Terry Sloane visits Santa Flora and saves President Del Rio from an assassination attempt. The president then joins Terry on the trip back to United States and tells him about a plan to help the poor people of his country.

Two wealthy land owners oppose Del Rio's plan. They drug the president, then sabotage his reputation using a man in disguise. Mr. Terrific realizes that the man is an imposter. He rescues the real Del Rio, then ensures that the president receives a loan to support his plan to eliminate poverty.
