Synopsis:
A new criminal known as Mr. Laff uses practical jokes such as toy snakes in his crimes. Terry Sloane remembers an ad for practical joke merchandise in an old children's magazine. He suspects that the crook is using the same gags. Mr. Terrific is then able to anticipate Mr. Laff's crimes. After their first meeting, Mr. Laff escapes when Wanda Wilson gets in Mr. Terrific's way. However, when they meet again, the crook is finally defeated.
