Synopsis:
Terry Sloane pays a visit to the wealthy Mr. Krims and meets his ward Tommy. As Mr. Terrific, Terry also saves the life of Tommy's dog Rex, by stopping Mr. Krims from killing it. Mr. Terrific then discovers that Krims and his chauffeur have been attempting to drive the dog mad, so that it would kill Tommy. Krims would then inherit money that Tommy's parents left him. Mr. Terrific aided by Rex are able to save Tommy and expose Tommy's crooked guardian.
