Comments:
This story reveals that Selina Kyle became a criminal after receiving a head injury in a plane crash. She reforms in this story which also references several past Catwoman stories: "Nine Live Has the Catwoman" from Batman #35, "The Duped Domestics" from Batman #22, "The Claws of the Catwoman" from Batman #42, and "The Lady Rogues" from Batman #45.

Synopsis:
A new crime czar known as Mr. X breaks Catwoman out of prison to be his new partner. During a robbery, Catwoman saves Batman's life and is struck in the head. The blow restores her memories of her former life as a stewardess. She was struck in the head during a plane crash. The injury caused her to turn to crime. Now she agrees to help catch Mr. X.

The Catwoman rejoins the gang for additional robberies until she can draw Mr. X into the open. Batman and Robin are caught by the crooks. Catwoman tries to save them, but she is exposed for working with the heroes. Batman frees himself, rescues Catwoman, and captures Mr. X who is revealed to be a tiny man named Mousey.

Catwoman gives up her life of crime to become Selina Kyle again. Batman suggests that she become a police operative.
