Synopsis:
While returning from vacation with Dian Belmont, Wes Dodds passes through a fog bank which causes skin irritation. Suspicious, Wes investigates as the Sandman after putting on an airtight suit. Sandman finds a man killed by the fog and his money stolen.

The Sandman finds another location being robbed under the same conditions. While he goes in to save the man, Dian waits in the car. When the Sandman returns, Dian is gone, taken prisoner by the crooks known as the Society of Six.

Wesley waits for another fog bank to appear, then locates a boat that is releasing the poison contaminant. He reaches the boat and finds Dian inside. Once she is safe, Sandman returns to the boat, stops the flow of deadly gas, and apprehends the gang.
