Synopsis:
Al Pratt witnesses the murder of an army officer while roller skating. He grabs the bumper and rides behind the killers' car. The police spot Al and begin to chase. When the crooks see the police they start shooting, then they hop onto a train. Al lands in a haystack, then switches into his Atom costume. The Atom boards the train and apprehends the crooks.
