Synopsis:
The Witch tries to steal a valuable ruby from a gypsy girl. The King stops her, but he doesn't turn her in. Instead, the King and the Witch disguise themselves as Johnee and Elena, a pair of quarrelling lovers. The King, as Johnee, convinces the real Elena that he is not the crook she thinks he is. Meanwhile the Witch, as Elena, smoothes things over with the real Johnee.

Crooks out to steal the ruby then kidnap the King and Elena. Elena tells them where the ruby is hidden. The King escapes and stops the crooks. After the battle the real Johnee and Elena get back together.
