In the jungles of Vietnam, Capt. Hunter and Lu-Lin chance upon an ambush by the vietcong on American troops. Hunter enters the fight and is nearly killed, but a dying soldier saves his life. The soldier then asks Hunter to find his brother Sgt. Joey Krone and bring him back to receive the Medal of Honor.

Capt. Hunter accepts the mission and begins looking for Sgt. Krone. He then witnesses a patrol of American soldiers protecting a downed fighter plane. Only one soldier survives, Sgt. Krone. After the fighter takes off, the vietcong attack again. Hunter tries to get there, but he is too late.

Captain Hunter then carries the body of Sgt. Crone through the jungle. When the enemy attacks, he props up the body with a gun to fool the VC. When the vietcong are about to kill him, a surprising burst of fire comes from Krone's body, killing the VC. Hunter then successfully brings the body of Sgt. Krone back to the Amercian base where the Medal of Honor is awarded.
