Synopsis:
Flash and Joan Williams attend an Olympic trial track meet at their former college Western University. The favored athletes all lose their races, causing Flash to suspect fowl play. He enters the races himself in order to expose a gambling ring. The track stars have been drugged to prohibit them from performing at top levels. Flash forces confessions from the men behind the scheme and the races are rescheduled to allow for fair competition.
