Synopsis:
Jay Garrick joins the Redskins baseball team to uncover a gambling plot by the team’s owner. The owner is forcing the team to throw games and betting on the other team. Jay thwarts the scheme of the owner and gangster, Black Ben Bogue, then quits the team because his speed gives him an unfair advantage.
