Synopsis:
Joan's friend Brenda owns a restaurant business that is being threatened by racketeers. Jay Garrick protects the restaurant as the Flash, but also seeks to learn the identity of the racket boss. Brenda and Joan are then kidnapped by the gang leader Fred Devere, who had been Brenda's manager. Flash follows the crooks back to Devere. Using his super speed, Flash apprehends the racket boss and rescues the girls.
