Synopsis:
A group of racketeers band together for the purpose of killing Wonder Woman. When an assassin tries to kill her, Wonder Woman stops him, then learns the location of the Crime Combine's hide-out. Wonder Woman then finds Paula Von Gunther plotting with the masked leader of the criminal organization. Steve Trevor and agents of military intelligence raid the building, but the leader escapes.
Paula claims to be working against the Combine and takes Wonder Woman back to her lab. When Wonder Woman wants to leave, Paula fears that she will be in danger. Paula drugs Wonder Woman to stop her from leaving. At that moment, members of the Crime Combine storm into Paula's lab. Then plan to kill Wonder Woman and frame Paula. Paula helps rescue Wonder Woman, but is electrocuted in the process. Wonder Woman revives Paula with a machine of Paula's invention. She then exposes Ely Duel, an agent of military intelligence, as the head of the Crime Combine.
