Synopsis:
Lois Lane is invited to interview Stephen Van Schuyler, the richest man in the world. During her visit, Van Schuyler professes his love for Lois and asks her to marry him. Lois contacts Superman and wants him to compete with Van Schuyler. If the rich man's wealth proves superior, Lois plans to accept the proposal. Superman agrees because he knows that Lois does not love Van Schuyler.

The competition begins with Superman and Van Schuyler competing to bring Lois impressive gifts. The two men each get early victories. Then Superman discovers that Mary Jones, Van Schuyler's secretary, is in love with her boss. He sets the two of them up together and successfully prevents Lois from marrying Van Schuyler.
