Synopsis:
Atom meets some newsboys that are paying protect money to the mob. He rounds up the boys and convinces them to stand up to the gangsters. When one of the hoods, Slink, tries to collect from the boys, they rough him up. He returns to his gang and comes after the boys again. Atom intervenes this time and defeats the gang, turning them over to the police.
