Synopsis:
The Trickster, a new criminal, has pulled off some amazing robberies including the hold up of an airplane in flight. Flash has issued a challenge to the Trickster. Trickster tangles with the scarlet speedster and escapes by running on air.

Trickster is James Jesse, from a family of circus aerialists. His fear of the high wire brought him to develop special shoes that shoot compressed air from the soles. The shoes enable him to walk on air.

Flash visits the circus on a hunch that Trickster may have arrived in town at the same time as the circus show. Jesse is performing his high wire act when Flash walks in the tent. He is startled. Flash’s suspicion is aroused, so he corrals Jesse. Flash then searches the place and finds the Trickster’s outfit. He turns Jesse over to the polics.
