Synopsis:
The Three Dimwits visit the zoo and find that their friend Joe the cabby has been transformed into a monkey. They ask the Flash to investigate, who finds the monkey abducted by crooks. The crooks and the monkey perish in the ensuing chase, but not before the monkey somehow reverts to human form.
Flash traces the monkey back to Princess Helene from Crete. He gets the Dimwits jobs at her hotel, where they find her secret laboratory. Each of them accidentally drinks her wine which transforms them into animals.
Noddy gets a message to the Flash who uncovers Helene’s scheme of robbing victims and transforming them into animals. To escape the Flash, Helene drinks the wine and is transformed into a black widow. The spider is then squashed by a lioness. Flash destroys the lab, and the potion eventually wears off the Dimwits.
