Synopsis:
While enjoying the parachute ride at the World's Fair, Slam sees a distress signal from a yacht in the harbor. He and Shorty investigate the signal, but can find no trace of the yacht. Crooks aboard a fishing boat then follow Slam back to shore. Slam notices the men tailing him and captures one of them.

Slam brings his prisoner back to the office to question him. Waiting in the office is Baron Severin of the Robarian embassy. The Baron wants to enlist Slam's help to find the missing Princess Ileana. Slam's prisoner is one of the abductors.

Slam disguises himself as the hood and makes contact with another kidnapper. His cover is blown, but Shorty helps him out. Using clues found on the kidnapper, Slam and Shorty are able to find and rescue the princess.
