Synopsis:
Small town resident Phil Martin inherits a nightclub from his deceased uncle. He comes to the city to take ownership, but is scared away after strange attacks by a lampost, a mailbox, and a fire hydrant.

Black Canary stops Phil from leaving town, then meets him at the nightclub. The family lawyer Randall was behind the attacks. He intended to scare Phil and take possession of the club for himself. Randall tries to kill Phil and Black Canary, but he fails.

Black Canary apprehends Randall and his men, then realizes that Phil himself is an imposter. The real Phil was replaced by his twin brother Bob, who also wanted the club. Black Canary sets things right by stopping Phil's kidnapper and rescuing him.
