Synopsis:
When school is let out for the summer, Scribbly visits the home of Huey Hunkel. He tells Huey about his newspaper job from the previous year. Huey's uncle then calls the local papers and spreads the word about a midget cartoonist. When Scribbly visits the office of the Daily Clarion, the editor tries to hire Scribbly. However, he thinks Scribbly is a midget and forces him to smoke a cigar. The cigar causes Scribbly to gag and run out of the office.
