Synopsis:
The Sandman tries to break up a gang of loan sharks, but the crooks aren't scared. They murder Bill Jenks who couldn't pay his loan. Sandman captures the murderer and turns him over to police. The killer rats out his employers which puts the Sandman on their trail. The loan sharks, led by Gorilla Gus, capture Sandman, but the hero rebounds and defeats the gang.
