Synopsis:
Batman and Robin investigate the theft of clappers from church bells around Gotham City. When a street mime opens fire on a cab driver with a pistol, Batman is nearby and chases her. The mime shocks Batman with electricity, then escapes.

Batman deduces that the Mime is Camilla Cameo, then daughter of a fireworks king with an aversion to noise. When the Mime strikes again at a rock concert, Batman is there to stop her. She tries to electrocute him again, but Batman has insulated his costume. With that, the Mime is captured.
