Synopsis:
Element Lad resigns his position as Legion leader after failing to prevent Universo from capturing most of the team. An election for a new leader is held while the Legionnaires clean up the mess left behind from recent events. Polar Boy wins the election. Element Lad is appointed deputy leader. He takes Polar Boy to Cosmic Boy who has just returned from the 20th century with important concerning the Time Trapper.
