Synopsis:
After posing as a gay man to bait a gang of gay-bashers, Ollie defeats his assailants and questions Colin, a former employee at Dinah's flower shop turned gang member. Green Arrow then tracks down Reggie, the crime boss who runs the gang, and confronts him. Reggie claims no knowledge of the attacks, but Ollie explains that they were ordered by his lieutenant Kebo. Reggie doesn't want the bad publicity generated by the attacks to ruin his crime enterprise, but he cannot side with Green Arrow, until the bowman earns his respect. Ollie is forced to run a gauntlet and survive attacks from the other gang members. After Ollie succeeds, Reggie kills Kebo. Green Arrow departs with the understanding that the attacks on gay men will cease, but he also promises to combat the other illegal operations.

Later Ollie meets with Colin. He had hoped that his intervention would get the boy to leave the gang. However, Colin explains that the only way he can survive is to continue in the gang. Ollie then donates money to fund an inner city youth center.
