Synopsis:
Superman returns to the Daily Planet. As Clark Kent, he begins looking in the file room records for a picture of the man driving a getaway car who killed himself with a bomb. Once Clark locates the man, Charles Culpepper, in the files, he makes an inquiry about him to another reporter. Clark learns that the man was supposedly involved in an electrical accident thousands of miles away at the same time as Superman's encounter with him.
