Synopsis:
Power Girl is attacked in her apartment by a demon. While the demon seems to have gotten the upper hand in the fight, it suddenly disappears. Seeking answers, Karen visits an occult book store and is given a book about her grandfather Arion.

Power Girl is then informed by her contact at the Justice Department that Force has escaped from Belle Reve. She asks him to put her in touch with a reliable witch. Power Girl is sent to meet Madame Rossili who recognizes Karen connection to Atlantis.

Rossili sets up a meeting with a warlock named Blaine. However, the warlock is an agent of the Weaver, the man behind the attacks on Power Girl. She is able to defeat her opponents while the Phantom Stranger watches. After the fight the Stranger shows her that the battle opened a portal to the Darkworld. She enters the portal to finally confront her foe directly.
