Synopsis:
Ray Palmer visits Professor Alpheus Hyatt who was been hounded by reporters since the Atom's return. A small-time costumed crook named Strobe seizes the opportunity to make a name for himself by attacking. The Atom defeats the crook by disabling his armor from the inside. He then receives an offer to work as a CIA operative.
