This story is continued from Green Arrow #11.

Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Shado dodge Yakuza assassins in Honolulu. Eventually they discover a tracking device in Ollie's quiver. Shado fakes her death, then Ollie hands over a map to buried Filipino gold to Osborne. He has deduced that Osborne was working outside the agency and with the Yakuza. When Osborne orders Ollie shot, Shado reappears. Ollie gets Osborne's confession on tape which he turns over to the FBI. Shado and Green Arrow then part ways.
